  I am very delighted to be honored as a principal of M.B.S.P. Mandal's college of pharmacy Mayani, the college stands for excellence & continuously sets the higher standards. from lecturer to principal has been a journey of great learning to me. I have learn not only my seniors and colleagues, but also students & parents through continuous interaction.For me, education is not providing answers. it mean guiding a students to find out the answers for himself & within himself.My aim is not only to be an able to administrator but also to be a friend and a guide to students. my doors will always be open to the students & their parents for my suggestions, guidance.
